Gavi DOCG 2007 12.5% abv
Crisp, dry, very classy and fresh with lots of green apples on the nose and zesty tones on the palate , this wine is produced entirely from the native Piemontese grape, Cortese. It’s superb and works really well with fish and with simple pasta dishes.
