Cortese Alto Monferrato DOC 2007 11.5% abv
Despite the Cortese grape being around for more than 300 years, this wine as not well known in the UK, but is better known in one of it's incarnations as Gavi (the name of the village from which it comes). Light and aromatic, this dry white wine is straw yellow in colour, and very fresh. Perfect with fish, pasta and bruschetta.
