'Roxe' Sparkling Pinot Nero Rosato 12% abv
Pinot Nero, or Pinot Noir as it’s known outside of Italy, is the grape that produces most of the world’s best Champagnes (think Cristal and Krug) so in many ways this is an Italian variation on Champagne, and a very elegant one at that. It’s light, dry, fresh and very classy with lots of fresh strawberries on the nose and blackberries on the palate. Fantastic for those summer parties and celebrations, and at a tiny fraction of the price of its French counterparts.
