Cavalleri Franciacorta DOCG 12.5% abv
This is seriously classy stuff. Franciacorta is Italy's answer to Champagne, using the same grapes, the same production methods and adopting the same quality standards as their more famous French cousins. Except that Franciacorta doesn't command the same prices as Champagne... Put this next to a mid-range Champagne of a comparable price and we'd bet our mortgages that you think this is much better.
