Tomato with pancetta
Sugo al Amatriciana (or mama's sauce in Italian) is the Roman classic with pancetta. This is wonderful with linguine or bucatini, and a nice glass of a good red, such as a Barbera. One jar is enough for two people, warmed and stirred through cooked pasta.
