Our signature olive oil, this is a truly wonderful example of what can be achieved with a total focus on quality and authenticity from a boutique, family producer. L'eli is a single estate, filtered extra virgin olive oil from a very small producer (only 900 litres in total last year) called Lajeu, from Piedmont using taggiasca olives. The oil is quite light, beautifully delicate, with a distinctly peppery finish, and perfect for pastas, salad dressings and risottos.
