Produced by small, independent producers in Puglia who started their first olive mill in 1902, and have used time-honoured, authentic production methods throughout their history. This certified organic extra virgin olive oil from the first cold pressing is exceptionally smooth, with medium intensity, and a fresh aroma of almonds. This an exceptional multi-purpose olive oil that can be used for cooking, but is robust and full of flavour so it can equally be used to enhance pasta and risotto dishes, for dipping with breads, and for drizzling on fish or cold meats.
